Hi all! I'm looking for a new roommate which is very new for me and I hope I can meet someone who can be a good roommate.

I'm living in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house 1st floor. The house is recently built and I used this room as an office so you would be the first renter for this room.

The room is furnished with sofabed, 65" smart tv and desk. There is a small closet, full bathroom and private entrance. Room is spacious enough to put extra closet if needed.

We will share the kitchen but I'm a very light cooker and I prefer someone who doesn't have to cook all the time.

- 3 min to Northern blvd
- 3 min to a laundromat
- 5 min to City MD urgent care

- No smoking in the house or in from of the house.
-No drug user, no drama
-Quiet, respectful, responsible and clean
-Friends are welcome but no male is allowed for sleeping over
