Hello!

Looking for a new female roommate ASAP. The person who was going to take the room backed out last minute.

Here are details: Rent for the room is 1,300 + utilities which can range between low 70's - 90's each depending on the season (includes internet). We have shared spaces: kitchen, living room and bathroom. We are located 5 minutes from the M/R 46th St. stop or 10 min walk from the 30th Ave N/W.

Move in date ASAP

New roommate:
*Female, 30's (or experience with having a roommate) easy going, friendly and responsible
*Hybrid ok please tell me more about your work schedule
*Can stay at least 1 year
*No out of town friends or family staying overnight
*Not allergic to cats and comfortable around them there are two living in the apartment

Current roommate:
*Female, 45 who is down-to-earth, easy going and friendly
*Works fully remote from home
*Likes socializing with friends outside of the apartment
*Open to grabbing drinks or dinner occasionally to establish a nice rapport and maintain a friendly vibe in the apartment also respectful of privacy and boundaries

Requirements to move in:
*Verified employment
*Interview with owners that live downstairs
*Background check, the owners have two young children
1 month rent + 1 month deposit (1,300 + 1,300 = 2,600 total)
