I am a female professional and am usually in Long Island Wednesday nights through Sunday afternoons as I have an house there and work hybrid. The room has a full bed and a dresser and a good window A/C. We usually hire a cleaner once a month which would be approximately $40-60 per person or take turns cleaning - however I am not a neatnik but keep common areas clean.
Prefer professional with 9-5 hours but open to others such as people in NY short-term for an internship or travel. 30 days notice for end date.
