This turnkey room is fully furnished as shown and perfect for study or work from home. All utilities and WiFi are included plus the long list of other amenities below. This house is super clean, has no bugs, is well maintained and has bathrooms on every floor!!

This is a one month sublet term only. No couples please.

Centrally located and a short 6 minute walk to the 30th Ave N metro line, the East River Ferry terminal (Perfect for reaching Cornell U or the UN) and 3 minutes from several bus line stops. The 11102 has a walk score of 94!

This room is only being offered to a female applicant for maintenance of a balanced house headcount. Sorry fellas.

We only rent to respectful, students, interns, professionals, visiting post doctoral fellows, data scientists and researchers. Our typical guests are or have been Fulbright scholars, doctors from various teaching hospitals, data scientists or employed by NYU, MSK, various UN delegations, Amnesty, UNICEF, WSJ, Salesforce, Bloomberg LP, Jet Blue, Lufthansa pilots, Steinway Piano, ABC Television, Kaufman Astoria Studios, teaching fellows and students from The New School and The Juilliard School.

We never do Air B style rentals. Many of our guests have returned for second and third stays and or refer.

Twice weekly professional janitorial cleaning service of common areas,

All paper products, hand/dish soaps, disinfectant sprays and house cleaning detergents provided,

Choice of several furnished outdoor porch and patio areas to enjoy plus a real wood burning bbq grill,

A laser printer, color printer, scanner and fax are also available if you need to use,

Owner lives in the house and keeps it in good repair at all times.

All guests here are fully vaccinated and boosted and you must be too. We also conduct credit and background reviews and non-working students or interns must have a guarantor such as a parent who submits to the same credit review.
