$1.300 Astoria, Ditmars 45 days

I'm renting a room in Astoria, Queens close to everything like, N and W trains,( literally 3 minutes walk ) to supermarkets, health food store, gym, banks, cvs pharmacy 24hours, many very good restaurants on ditmars ave and surrounding.

It is located near the last stop on the N and W trains. Also it is 15 minutes from Lex/59th ST station in manhattan.

I will be traveling for a month & half and im renting my own bedroom from 01/03/24to 02/17/24 ( please note that the dates needs to match your dates as I’m renting my own room)
I need somebody who is respectful and considerate. My roommate is a really respectful and quiet person, very hardworking and is home basically to shower and sleep, i barely hear the guy. So, you will not see him at home all the time. Im looking for somebody quiet and please no loud music, tv or cooking late at night. Somebody who's gonna respect him and his hours.

Its a really quiet and peaceful place to stay. You won't regret it!

If you have a pet like a dog or a cat is ok too. Just be considering around and don't let your dog pee or poop in the courtyard and always keep it on a leash.
