We are seeking a quiet roommate to stay in the fully furnished downstairs bedroom of our historic farmhouse on ten acres with a private lake for the summer months. Under 90 minutes from NYC and close to Harriman Park and many hiking trails, our house is perfect for someone who wants to get out of town on the weekends and enjoy nature.
Happy to prorate for mid-month move in.
The ground floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and large closet, and is adjacent to the master bathroom. AC, Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking spot included. The kitchen / laundry room & dining room /living room with beautiful lake views will be shared, along with ample hills, woods, gardens, streams, and wetland habitat to roam outside.
Our rooms and an additional bathroom are upstairs. We are a married couple living here part time with our two year old daughter.
