Room for rent

Retired veteran in private home can use extra help in paying the bills. In return you get full use of home which includes master bedroom, master bathroom, 2 walk-in closets, washer, dryer, & driveway parking. I am willing to split the cost of new bedroom furniture. If you stay 26 weeks or longer I will credit your half of the furniture expense towards weekly rent payments. Example: $2800 for bedroom set at Bob's Discount Furniture store, $1400 each, after 26 weeks if you choose to stay you get 4 weeks of free rent. If you leave anytime before, I will use the security deposit as payment for your half of the new furniture expense. This is a 26 week minimum stay roommate contract to protect both you and me. The community is a safe place to live. There is plenty of shopping stores and a mall nearby. Message me with questions. Proof of income required. Thx.
