Hi everyone! I am looking for 2 people to resign my lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. My 2 roommates are no longer living in the area and I would like to continue my stay at the Avalon in Westbury!

Details:
-Move in July 31, but sign the lease by June 30
-For the bedroom with the private bath, rent will be around $1,830, varying month to month on usage.
-For the bedroom sharing a bath, rent will be around $1,530
-Rent includes parking, most utilities, and amenities
-About me: I am 23, I work 9-5 Monday through Friday, and usually just chill on the weekends! The apartment is clean, quiet, spacious.

Perks:
-In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, modern appliances, large walk in closet in both rooms!
-Safe and quiet complex that includes a gym and pool, also located very close to Eisenhower Park and great shopping.
-Looking to renew for 1 year (August 2025 - July 2026)
