Female Roommate Needed - Lease takover

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a **3-bedroom Avalon Westbury apartment** (shared with two great roommates) as my partner and I are starting a family and will be moving in together.

Details:
-Lease ends August 2025, but hoping for someone to move in ASAP (flexible on timing, I’m still condo shopping myself).
-Rent: is around $1800/month (that accounts for utilities, can vary based on usage—great value for the space!).
- Roommates: Two chill, busy girls in their early 20s (one in college, one working full-time), so the apartment is quiet, clean and spacious.

✨ Perks:
- In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, modern appliances. Large walk in closet!
- Awesome complex amenities (pool, gym, etc.).
- would prefer someone that is looking to renew lease with roommates in August 2025 for 1-2 more years if it’s a good fit for you!
