The apt will have bathroom, kitchen, washer & dryer, and all utilities included. The ideal tenant is quite, kind, must love animals ( cats & dogs), landlord will have continuous access to basement apartment. Additionally, we are looking for a tenant who is a student or hardworking and is responsible, quiet, Tenet must have excellent references. Additionally, advance payments are preferred. First month to move in. If tenant cannot pay weekly, we can accommodate bi-weekly as well.
