Hello, I’m looking to fill a 2.5 bedroom first floor house. It’s a 2 minute walk to LIRR and Main Street very close walk to the famous Carlo’s pizza. Parking is included. Also there is a washer/dryer in the basement which is included as well! I’m looking for a roommate who doesn’t bring the party home, no drugs. Looking for a responsible adult basically. Pet’s can be considered case by case. Port Washington is a quiet, cute, safe little town with direct line to nyc. Plenty of returns to and shopping plaza’s.
