The tenant we're looking for is neat, clean, employed and has a car. Please note: we're renting a room in a house. It's not a house-share. Kitchen is not available in the evenings, but is avail thru 2: pm basically. Neighborhood is safe and quiet - off main roads.

YOUR ROOM:
Master bedroom 12x16' of a split level house.
Private Bathroom, Towels provided.
Fully furnished - solid wood desk, night tables & dresser.
Book case, tv stand (bring your tv) + shelves.
Bed - Full size memory-foam mattress. 4 pillows. Bedding
provided.
Large sliding door closet.
Very small self-defrosting refrig in room.
Bring your own microwave, hot-plate, TV.

INCLUDED:
~Verizon FIOS cable & Wi-Fi internet
~W/D - 2x/wk (Bed-sheets MUST be laundered here weekly)
~Kitchen -for morning coffee/breakfast & lunch, washing your dishes -D/W availible. Not after 2:00pm (not evenings)
~C/A -Temp runs 69-71 summer and 66-70 winter.
~Weekly housekeeper on Tuesdays, room must be neat
and access given.

PLEASE PROVIDE:
~ Paystubs /proof of employment of 8 mo. and 3-4 references.
~ Your drivers license.
~ Background check and Credit score
~ Secuity deposit= 930 + Room deposit= 420 =($1,350)

OTHER DETAILS
* 1+ year old puppy -very sweet and friendly! So must love
dogs, or don't respond to ad.
* Pics can be texted - don't know how to upload
* Perfect tenant would be 28years+ and work afternoons -
nights (ie; restaurant industry.) ...not mandatory though
* 4 month minimum stay
* Substance and/or alcohol abuse, temper or other anti-social
behavior would not be suitable to this family and household,
so PLEASE look elsewhere if you have issues in these areas.
* Location - Just 5-8 min. to all three E/W parkways and
only 1 mile from the 135 at Old Country Rd
1.5 mi to Bethpage train station;
3.1 mi to Hicksville train station.
* Occasional, Infrequent guests are ok to visit but not to stay
past 9:30pm or sleep over.
* No candles please

We are a family of 3 and a female relative, ages 40-70. We're good people, fair minded & not imposing. It's a relaxed environment and we do want you to be comfortable here!!
