Queer safe household seeks new housemate

Hello!

We are seeking a like-minded housemate to take over a room in the house for one month shy of a year commitment.

Room features an air conditioner unit, 2 windows, hardwood floors, and is 12ft x 8.5ft with 8 ft ceilings.
The room would be unfurnished for you to customize to your liking.

The house has a yard, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

We are 3, early 30s geeky, creative people. 2 of the LGBTQ+ variety, one informed ally, and a small hypoallergenic service dog.

We cannot have more animals.

We are seeking either someone else in the LGBTQ+ community or another informed ally for the safety and cohesion of the household. :)
