Very nice room, very clean, very warm, new linens, with 2 big windows, large wood work table, chair, twin bed, large, clean bureau and drawers, (7 drawers), Bookshelf, (5ft x 2.6ft and 6 shelves), large external closet. Lamp. Night lamp, large closet, (7ft x 3ft x 2.6ft), with upper and lower shelf..

Beautiful, safe, clean, fun unique classic building with several community and outdoor spaces, door man, (and woman), elevators, new laundry room, great maintenance staff, responsive management. Just on the edge of Hudson River Park. Splendid rooftop views.

In the West Village, which speaks for itself. What more needs to be said that isn't pretty much documented. One block away from bus, five blocks from IRT and IND subways. Supermarket on the corner. 2 blocks to Bleecker Street, 3 to West 4th. 10-13 minute walk to
Washington Sq. Whitney is five minutes walk, the Island, 8 minutes walk, High Line 8 minutes, Chelsea Piers, 15 minutes.

We are rodent and bug free and want to stay that way. Our big common room is where we both work all the time and where the stove and fridge are. There is certainly room for a third work area if you also want a second space outside your room. Unfortunately, it's difficult to have people over. We are both very cautious about Covid. And as said, we pretty much work all the time in the common room. We hope for a roommate who would like to share a meal and even meals with us, and also friendship.
