I am a real estate agent and I am putting together 4 students and/or young professionals to be on a 12 month lease in a 4 Bedroom/2 Full bath apartment. The apartment features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

-May 1st move-in

-In-unit washer/dryer

-Located at 601 West 156th Street

-Elevator building
(3rd floor apartment)

-Dishwasher/microwave

-Heat/Water included
(Electric/wifi split between roommates)

-Video tour available

To move in you will need:
-First month's rent
-Broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH NYC lease so be prepared to provide a tax return/W2, bank statement, proof of employment, and ID.

NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 40k-48k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 700)

Room Breakdown based on size/location:
Room #1-$1000 good for Full size bed
Room #2-$1100 good for Queen size bed
Room #3-$1200 good for Queen size bed
Room #4-$1250 good for Queen size bed
