Hi there! My 2 roommates and I are looking for a 4th for our large apartment in Washington Heights.

We’re looking for someone who is available to move in anytime. Looking to fill a 1 year lease.

It’s a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located right by the 1 train and minutes away from the A Train.

My roommates and I all work and do not run into each other very often.
2 males - 1 female- mid to late 20’s
We are all easy going and independent looking for someone similar.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
Kitchen is with appliances and newly unfurnished living room common space .
The room is newly painted and cleaned and comes with a mattress and bed frame but these can be removed if you have your own.

This apartment building is managed by Trion Real Estate Management.
