Hi! I am a creative entrepreneur. I produce digital content and events and consult on brand and product development. I work remotely and travel often.

I have a furnished room available for a third Female/LGBTQ+ roommate, student or professional for a 6/15 move-in - date is negotiable :)

This first-floor three-bedroom apartment is in Washington Heights near trains 1 and A, 4-6 blocks away. The neighborhood is dynamic with a lot of options for restaurants and grocery stores. Target, Marshalls, Gap, Plant Fitness, Blink are less about 6-12 minutes away.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a dishwasher. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared. The room has a desk, a murphy bed, and a mirror. The closet is right in front of the room and next to the bathroom.

We love tea, plants, candles, and keeping the space zen and tidy.

Proof of income, ID, roommate agreement, security deposit, and 1st month's rent are required after viewing the apartment and agreeing to move forward.
