I am looking for someone to take my lease/sublet (preferably female) for my medium sized room in a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. The unit is courtyard facing and is very quiet. The room is big enough for a full size bed and other personal furniture pieces. The apartment is located west of Broadway near the A and 1 train. The unit is a convenient 5-minute walk to Columbia Medical School and 25 minutes to 14th street. Video tour and picture available.
The rent for the room is $1165.
The rent includes hot water and heat but gas, electricity, and wifi is paid separate. We also have a Rhino policy that guarantees the lease for the apartment. The policy is divided $77 per person. The lease is a 12 month lease that started in June 2022 and the last two months (April and May) FREE!
