*Searching for Someone to Sign on to a Lease ASAP. Move in date December (12/1 earliest). Lease expires in September with option to renew.*
Hello everyone! We are looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom in a beautiful, quiet Washington Heights apartment.
The Apartment: 4 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, new appliances, lots of natural light, beautiful views of the bridge, and great roommates!
The Room: A sunny bedroom, fits a full bed and a large closet with mirrored doors (no need to bring your own full length mirror).
The Roommates: We are 3 women in our late 20s and early 30s. One is a special ed teacher, the second is a journalism graduate student and the third is pursuing her master of social work. We are very friendly and love casual conversations in passing, but everyone mainly keeps to ourselves for the most part.
Rent is $1050 a month and utilities coming out typically around $50-$70 each.
Please note, one roommate has a cat (see photo). Although we love animals, we can add any more to the home right now.
