Looking for a subletter for a March 1 move in to a private room with a private half-bathroom in the Upper West Side!
The apartment is right across from the Natural History Museum, and a 5 minute walk to Central park!
You would be living with 3 other young women in different work areas (performing arts, personal training, and student). It's a fairly busy household, so no one is home too much but when we are home we like to watch movies or tv shows together or have dinner together. It's definitely a home situation, and would love to welcome you in!
The sublet would be starting March 1 and end on May 31 which is the end of the lease. There is the option to renew the lease if you would like, but it's not necessary!
The room can come fully furnished (I am more than happy to sell everything for $300 total)
Rent is $1150/month + utilities which usually end up being around $30-$40/ person. Deposit would be $1100.
Feel free to reach out to with any questions!
