I've been living in this apartment for the last year with my roommate but she had to move for personal reasons. I am looking for a female roommate, in her 20s for a 1 year lease starting in May 1.
I am not a smoker neither a heavy drinker. I'm currently working 3 day a week and the rest of the tie I am either studying at home, the library or with friends.
The neighborhood it's safe, and it is a 10-12 min walk to the 6 and the Q train. Bedrooms are in opposite sides of the apartment, a nice space in between where you find the social area with the kitchen and living room. Currently bedroom is furnished and there is a laundry room in the basement of the building.
