This apartment is a duplex with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a traditional NYC walk-up building.

Rooms are is fully furnished, has full size bed, AC, closet and study desk with chair.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and also has a lower floor. Three rooms share the bathroom on the lower floor and two rooms share the bathroom upstairs.

It is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. It features gorgeous exposed brick walls and high ceilings. High speed wifi is included. The apartment is equipped with a video intercom system.

All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!
