Upper East Side Roommate Needed

*Hi! My roommate and I are looking to fill a room (with own bathroom!!) in our UES apartment (NYC) if you or anyone you know is looking! Need to resign lease by end of month. See below for more details and feel free to reach out with any questions.*

Looking to fill a room (and own bathroom) in a sunny and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the UES in the mid 90’s. See below for details:
$1600 for your room + own bathroom (+$50-$70 a month for wifi and electricity)

Starting March 1st - Feb 2024 (would sign a 1 year lease with 2 other roommates)
In-unit washer/dryer!!!, huge living room and kitchen with full size appliances. The unit is on the fourth floor of a walk up building. Common spaces are fully furnished and the bedroom has the option of being furnished for a small fee.
Less than 5 minute walk to the Q, and M15 bus line. Close to the 6 line and Central Park. Walking distance to Target, Whole Foods, and plenty of great restaurants and a short commute to Trader Joe’s.

You will need to apply and be approved by the landlord. Will need to make 40x the rent. First month rent + security deposit due at time of signing. No brokers fee.

You will be living with 2 other girls currently living in the apartment. They are in their mid 20’s and work in the fashion retail industry. Looking for someone that is considerate of common spaces and doesn’t bring the party home.
