Corner apartment with great views in every room.

Greetings- I'm a teacher in my thirties seeking two roommates to sign a new lease starting February 1st. I've had a good experience with my roommates in this apartment for the last three years and looking to keep it going.

Smaller Bedroom: $1350 Plenty of natural light with views of the midtown skyline. Nice size room comes with a closet and comfortably fits a full-sized bed, plus other furniture.

Larger Bedroom- $1500 Views of the East River and Randall's Island. Fits queen bed, couch and other furniture. Large closet.

Our Apartment: Normandie Court luxury apartment building 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom on the 25th floor with an open dining and living space. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, with bar-seating at the counter. Building amenities include: 24-hour security and doormen, laundry room, full gym, swimming pool, and access to a rooftop and lounge (membership needed). The building has a dedicated package room and driveway outside the lobby.

Location: Building on the same corner as the Q train, SBS bus and crosstown bus. One block from the 6 train. Rite Aid and Dunking Donuts attached to the building.

Current roommate: Considerate and easygoing teacher looking for professionals who are clean, considerate, and respectful of others’ schedules. Visitors are welcome but we don’t bring the party home. Management requires a credit check and annual income of around 40x the rent of your room.
