I am looking to move out of my room currently due to family issues in my life that is causing me to move back home.

Stuytown is amazing offers gyms, playgrounds and many places to lay in the grass and soak up the sun. The apartment is well sized and offers every roommate a personal space.

The room is in between both roommates and it well sized. I am able to fit a queen bed 2 nightstands a chair and long coffee table. The closet for the room is located right outside the door. There is only one bathroom but we all have different schedules so it makes it easy.

First roommate: she/her. Early 20s. Works in an office M-F. Comes home and is often in her bed room, does have a CAT who might hangout in the living room.

Second roommate: she/her. Early 20s. Works in office M-F. Spends time in her room mostly or sometimes in the living room. She does have a boyfriend who will come over sometimes.

There is an elevator and laundry in building.
