Hi! I’m moving countries, so am having to let go of my room sadly. It is a very spacious 2-bed apartment in stuytown in alphabet city.
The bedroom will be fully unfurnished. You will be sharing with a 24 year old woman who is super easy to live with and works full time.

Some location highlights:
- across the street from target and trader joes
- close to many bodegas/delis
- one block away from the L train
- 10/15 min walk from Union Square station
- by several buses, eg M15, M14
- very close to Tompkins square park
- is located in stuytown, so you get all the amenities stuytown has to offer (the stuytown oval, community events, gym etc)
- the area is very good for nightlife and restaurants/cafes
