Room Available in Stuytown/East Village

My name is Alyssa and I am looking for a roommate for the second room in my apartment at Stuytown/Peter Cooper Village (located between Avenue C and 1st Avenue, from 14th street to 23rd street in Manhattan). My apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom “junior” apartment.

I am looking for a roommate that is respectful, clean, and ok with pets. I have a friendly 4.5 year old French Bulldog. Most importantly, I am looking for someone who can satisfy the application approval requirements set by the Stuytown leasing office which can be found on their website. Move in date no later than July 1st.

The room available is highlighted in blue and has a large walk in closet located outside of the bedroom(top right corner). The apartment has breathtaking unobstructed views of the East River and Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge. Additionally, the apartment is fully furnished, including the available bedroom if desired. There is a bathtub, dish washer, and five burner stove. Laundry is located in building on the Terrace Level.

Less than 10 minute walk to the L train, less than 5 minute walk to the East River Ferry, and Less than 3 minute walk to the M9 and M23 buses.

Stuytown also has amazing amenities available to residents for an additional fee, including a two gyms and co-work space. Rates and additional info can also be found on their website. All maintenance is included, and an AC window unit is provided. All utilities are included in the rental cost, with the exception of Wifi. I have lived in Stuytown for 3+ years now and highly recommend the neighborhood.
