Seeking roommates by September 28!

Hi everyone! have a recently remodeled (Spring 2021) 3 bed 1 bath luxury Stuytown apartment available for a November 1 move in. My current roommates will be leaving and 2 rooms are opening. Management closes the deadline by September 28 so I’m trying to sign ASAP.

The apartment is amazing with a stainless steel kitchen, tons of storage space, central heating, A/C in each room, large living room, and full bathroom. The available rooms are the middle room (9x14 for $1,890) and the master bedroom (12x15 for $2,020). Each room will come unfurnished but my current roommates may sell some of their furniture to you.

The apartment has all the amenities of being in Stuytown: laundry in building, nearby sports courts, gyms, and easy access to trains/buses/cars.

You will need to show Stuytown management that you will pay rent on time i. e. paystubs for a current job. I’m seeking people who are mature, responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful. No drama allowed whatsoever.

Electric/water/heat is included in the base room prices and does not fluctuate per month. There is one monthly fee per person of $20 for the wifi/apartment insurance in addition to the base room prices. The security deposit will have to be paid at the beginning in addition to first month rent, but after that it’s just your portion of the rent + $20 per month.
