Looking for respectful, social, kind female roommate who is responsible.
I have a furnished bedroom available starting October 1 (one year) we can discuss extension. My previous roommate just moved to Washington D. C., to attend Grad School.
We’ll be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living space. The apartment is spacious with river and city views, is a South facing, quiet, sun-filled, offers a 24- hour doorman, three laundry rooms, and bike room.   We have AC, dishwasher, etc.   Utilities: (Light, Wi-Fi Internet), common supplies, toilet paper, etc. are included in rent.

Roosevelt Island:   Residents have access to a number of parks and landmarks, including the acclaimed Louis Kahn-designed Franklin D.
