Hey! My name is Juliana and I’m looking for a roommate available for an August 2023-July 2024 lease. I am a student at NYU and have lived in this apartment for 2 years now; I am looking to stay in the area for my senior year. Attached are pictures of both bedrooms… I am currently in the smaller one, but I don’t have a preference, I can stay or switch. The smaller room is $2,350 and the bigger room is $2,450. There is laundry in the building on every floor, a 24 hour doorman, and 3 elevators. Great location… Trader Joe’s and CVS very close by, 5 minute walk from West 4th Street station, and lots of bars and restaurants in the area.
