Hi! We have a furnished room with a huge window available in the best NoHo/Greenwich Village location. About 10 x 9' with extra high 13' ceilings in a bright room that gets lots of light. Furnished with a long desk, chair, mirror, shelves, and full-size bed on a raised frame.

The apartment is a cozy 2 bedroom in an elevator building. You would have your own hallway closet and share the decent sized living room, kitchen, and bathroom with us.

Location:
Near the 6, BDFM, and NR trains. Really amazing location blocks from Equinox, Whole Foods, Sephora, Balenciaga, Carbone, Il Buco, The Smile, etc. 1 block from NYU, 4 blocks from Washington Square Park

About us:
We are a couple working full time in creative industries. Ideally you are organized, don't have too much stuff besides clothes (not a lot of room because it's already furnished!), not a clean freak but not dirty either :-)

We are looking for another easy to please, responsible, drama-free person. Ideally you are employed, interning, or in school, with a steady source of income. Since our computers and other important things are out in the open, we prefer you don't have guests when we aren't also in the apartment. And no overnight guests

Costs:
Your portion of the rent would be $1350 per month, with a one month security deposit required. We split the utilities (internet and electricity) three ways; heat is included

Move in:
We are looking for a June 1, 2023 move in.
