I have been living in this apartment for a year now. The other two housemates have graduated from Columbia and are now moving out. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with no living room. The apartment is on the second floor and includes:
in-unit washer/dryer
full kitchen
on a quiet street tree lined street and one block from the hudson river.
basically there's only a few residential buildings, the rest are Columbia uni buildings and cathedrals/churches, The area feels a bit like you're in an English castle university with old ornate stone buildings all around.
Across a block from Sakura park and a street away from riverside park and the miles of park that entails.
Room:
unfurnished
Very large for Manhattan(easily fit a king size bed and furniture
Transit:
1 train is around the block. 2/3 trains nearby
ABCD trains 13 minute walk
on/off ramp to west side highway is around the block

Roommates:
I am a 31 year old biomedical engineering student with a medium sized trained aussie-mix dog. I'm training him to be a backpacking dog so he's been trained quiet a bit and is naturally a clean dog. I am very open to making friends. So if you want to hang out for movie night or going out to eat or whatever than I'll probably say yes if invited.

Expectations:
I am a very quiet and clean person and want people who are the same. I'm a bit hearing sensitive. guests are fine, just keep common areas clean and quiet :)
