Room: The Twin room is our most budget-friendly accommodation option. It allows residents to enjoy this amazing property while paying less. The resident will be sharing the room and the bathroom with another roommate. Twin rooms are sometimes preferable to residents who would like to engage and socialize with other roommates, or to improve their language speaking skills. The room comes with two full-size beds, a Smart TV, a Streaming device, and other basic furniture.
Neighborhood/building: Situated in the heart of the vibrant Midtown East neighborhood of New York City, the Seton Residence gives the chance to have a uniquely fashionable, luxurious, and central location altogether. The residence is a half-block from Lexington Avenue, and just steps from Grand Central Terminal. Moreover, it is a short walk to the United Nations, Times Square, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, the Empire State Building, and Central Park.
