Looking for Roommate LES

I have been living in this apartment for the past 8 months under a sublease. I want to apply for a 12month lease starting August 1st, but need a co signer. Since I already live here, there is no broker fee, just a security deposit. Utilities are on average $50 a month. I love this apartment. It is a 2nd floor walk up. There is a spacious living room, a small but charming kitchen and bathroom, and two decent sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have room for a queen sized bed and a desk. There is laundry in the basement, it is about $2 a load. I do not have any pets, but they are allowed! It is a 2min walk to the Delancey st subway stop with the FMJZ lines and it is very easy to get anywhere in the city. It is across the street from the Essex Market where there are a lot of good vendors and shops. There is also a trader joes and target on grand st, about a 5min walk away.

I currently work from home so I am either at the gym or at a coffee shop or at home. I am very much a morning person and only go out about once a month. I keep the place very clean and have not had any rodent or bug issues. If you are interested or if you have any questions, please text me
