Looking for somebody to rent my room. It comes furnished with a desk, dresser, bed frame, and AC unit. There is a fairly large closet and the apartment has lots of natural lighting. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Rooftop Access also. Roommate is my cousin and goes to NYU. Super friendly and not a lot of noise.
