Hello,
I am moving out of my apartment February 1st to move in with my girlfriend. This is a 2 Bedroom apartment and my current roommate will be staying in the the apartment. My roommate (Sam) is a 29 year old Male that works in Sales and also performs at local comedy clubs on his free time. Sam is a great person, respectable, funny, isn't loud, nor messy and sleeps early. The apartment is spacious and in the heart of the Lower East Side next to great restaurants and food stores (Whole Foods + Trader Joes) . This is a walk up apartment and is on the third floor, there is a dishwasher, there's no laundry in the building but many nearby cleaners. The lease will be ending on September 30th 2023 and Sam would consider renewing for another year after this current lease ends. This is truly a great deal and apartment, please reach out to me with any questions/interests.
Rent is 2175 per person. There is no fee to move in, just a security deposit that you will get back when you move out. A meet and greet with Sam would be required.
Please reach out to me if you are interested.
Best,
David
