Three apartment brownstone in West Harlem. The two other apartments are also rented by women. This apartment is on the top floor. Quiet block near the 1 and A/B/C/D trains. This is an old building and has been rather shoddily maintained. If you're concerned about a little grit and grime this place isn't for you. High ceilings and skylights in the hall and kitchen and a hallway for bike storage. This 2 bed is on the third floor and it's a walk up. There's no door buzzer. Kitchen has a fridge, stove and sink. I have plenty of dishes and cookware. There is furniture in the bedroom and it can stay or go--up to you. There's also a wall mounted flatscreen TV but it's not currently connected. It was left from a previous tenant. It's a small bedroom at the back of the building. It has a window and is quiet for sleeping. There's a couch and a table and chairs for eating in the living area. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Radiator heat and window AC units. Bills are additional to rent and between $100-150 a month including wifi
