Looking for someone to sign a lease and take over my room starting this February or March. The room is on the smaller side but is functional. 2nd floor walk up. Dog friendly ( not too sure about cats) you’ll be living with two older gentleman, one has a dog who’s a 40lb mush. Both frequently work from home. There’s a shared living room, kitchen and 1 bath. $1000 a month plus a deposit. This will all be paid to the landlord .
ALSO - if you want I can leave all the furniture bed, night stand, the dresser, mirror for extra. Everything is less an a year old.
