The kitchen and public spaces are open to the renter. The neighborhood is historic, vibrant, eclectic and convenient. The A, B, C, D & #1 trains and the M4, M5, M3, M11, M100, M101 and Bx19 buses are just a few minutes' walk from the building. The vibe of the house is mellow, intellectual and cultural and we seek someone similar. We believe roommates should be friendly and open but give each other their individual space.
