Hey! I am looking for a roommate to join my lease with me in the Financial District.
The Space:
- Rent will be ~$2,350, plus electricity and wifi.
-Move-in would be sometime between June 15th to July 1st and would be for 1 year.
-The apartment will be a 2-bed flex on the 12th floor of a luxury building and has all the amenities (doorman, rooftop, gym, laundry etc... all included in the rent).
-The rooms are both about 10.5’ x 10.5’ with great views and built in heat/AC.
-Kitchen has great appliances and a dishwasher. Laundry in building.
Me:
-I’m 25, work in finance in the office almost every day, love to work out, see friends on the weekends, and explore the city.
-I usually only go out to bars once a week on Friday or Saturday, but totally cool if that’s your thing – just don’t wake me up when you come home lol.
-I like to keep the shared spaces clean but I’m easy going about these things. Hoping to find someone who is friendly and wants to have regular conversations while we are in the apartment together.
