Let us know by November 1st. Hello! I am unfortunately moving out of my apartment to live with my boyfriend so I need someone to sign a new lease starting December 1st. This room is located in FIDI and a 5 min walk to the Watermark and Seaport and 10 min walk to stone street and a 15 min walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and right near the Fulton Street station so you have access to many different subway trains! The size of the room is 9.75 by 9ft and fits a queen bed with enough space between the wall and you to walk in with an own personal air conditioning and heat with a 6x2 ft closet. I am also selling my queen bed which is a year old if you are interested in that as well. You will be sharing the bathroom with a fellow awesome roommate! She is chill and a lot of times does her own thing but it happy to catch up! She also doesn’t mind if others sleep over! The building also comes with laundry, a gym which I’m happy to send you pics of and a rooftop with lounge chairs that are perfect if you like to relax outside! I can send you photos of that as well! and nothing comes at no extra cost! . The building also has 24/7 doorman service so your packages will never get stolen!
