We've got a spacious one bedroom (760 sq ft) with a a large dining area and common room, 4 closets (2 walk-in) and a beautiful south-facing view over lower manhattan. Apartment comes with two flat screen TVs, large comfy couch, two dressers, a standing desk and a fully furnished bar (we'll even leave behind some drink essentials). Fully stocked kitchen with cooking equipment, Nespresso machine, regular coffee machine + grinder.
Location-wise, its on 14th St and 1st ave just north of east village, walkable from the great bars and restaurants in the area. Also a short walk from Union Square for the 4/5/6, N/Q/R lines.
I'm looking to turnover on Feb 4 (can flex on the date a week or so in either direction). Rent is $3,950 per month including utilities + internet, will consider your best offer.
We would prefer someone to rent for the full 3 months but will consider monthly offers.
