Rent-stabilized. 1-year lease starts 10/1/22. Rent is $1,290.62 monthly + 1 month security deposit. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, and heat. We only pay for WiFi, which is about $55/month split evenly. Must show proof of income and pass background check. No broker's fee. Remodeled with new appliances in 2018. Kitchen includes dishwasher. Lots of closet space. Elevator in building. Laundry in-building. Security guard 24/7. Street parking available.

Neighborhood:
2 minute walk to the 6 train and 5-7 minute walk to the 4/5 and Metro North Harlem station. Buses M101 and M103 also stop right outside our door, along with several other buses a few blocks away. Easy access to LGA, upstate NY, and the subway system! 5 minute walk to Marcus Garvey Park and 15 minute walk to Central Park. 10-15 minute walk to Costco, Target, Aldi, and rest of East River Plaza. 1 block away from Metro North tracks so can be loud but easy to tune out.

A little about me:
I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and loved it. I am a resident physician in the Bronx. I work 70 hour weeks including nights and weekends so am rarely at home. In my free time, I like to hike, salsa dance, go to shows (ballet, Broadway, you name it), try new restaurants, go out, and chill.
