About the apartment — Located in East Harlem, near the 6 train and a few blocks away from 2/3 train, with dishwasher, W/D in unit, and remote controlled A/C and heat units in each room. The room is in a 3 bed, 1 bath on a fifth floor walkup (w/ only four flights of stairs however). The apartment gets a lot of sunshine and we love to keep it clutter-free and clean! Also, the apartment sometimes has a small dog friend that visits. Open communication, mutual respect, and a shared cleaning schedule are highly valued.
About the roommates— Ashley (27)- current law student, and Lesly (22), a recent graduate, have both lived in this apartment over the last year and plan to stay for this next year because we are big fans of the apartment and the location. We’re both clean, considerate, and courteous roommates, and ideally looking for the same.
