We have a third room available in a large 3-roommate apartment available NOVEMBER 1st!

I'm a 36 year old woman who works in Manhattan, and my roommate Marta is a traveling nurse who resides part-time in North Carolina (spends about 50-60% of her time in NYC!). We're looking for one more roommate for an (almost) one year lease (November 1st, 2023 - Sept 30, 2024)

1st bedroom (available NOVEMBER 1st): In the center of the apartment - a large room for a full-sized bed, with a big window, and an A/C unit. Room for a dresser or a stand-alone closet. *Pictures are of existing, furnished space. BED and MATTRESS available!!*

We have a common room that will be semi-empty, but we can furnish. Currently there's a bar cart, a trendy partition, and an armchair.

Full kitchen, two hallway closets, AND we have a washer and dryer in the unit (a larger laundry room for the building is in the basement, too).

The building is a full service, RENT STABILIZED luxury building with elevators and 24-hour concierges, full mailroom, a gym, a study room, outdoor balcony/terrace. Within two blocks of the 4/5/6 @ 125th-Lex, plus the M100/101/103, Bx15, and M15/M15-Select buses.

Must sign for 1 year lease!! First months rent & security deposit are required to move-in! Security deposit will be paid to the out-going roommate, with any additional (due to yearly rent increase) paid directly to the building.
