Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates.

The apartment is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for only two rooms to share each bathroom. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV.

High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. 

The building is located on the Upper West Side, within walking distance of both Columbia University and
Central Park. It offers 24h surveillance and a superintendent who helps with maintenance. The building also provides a video intercom system allowing you to see who is at the front door on the street.
