Private room in quiet apt for M/F mid 20s-40s

In-person viewing only. Per immediately, I have a room available in my 4-br apartment in the East Village (273 E 3rd Street, corner ave C, 1st floor walk up). It has a loft bed. You would share 1 bathroom and an eat-in kitchen. I'm looking for a roommate m/f mid 20s-40s.

Your share of rent would be $1,025 plus expenses - The monthly utilities for coned, wifi, service, with cleaning svc are about $115.42 so total about $1,140.42 per month. House expenses such as cleaning supplies and toilet paper are additional. AC use during the summer is additional, too.

You would share 1 bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with 2-3 unrelated roommates. Ideal roommate is a male or female 30s-40s.

It's a 3 month minimum. To move in you pay 1st month and 1 month deposit. It's month-to-month with two month notice (60 days, first of the month) if you decide to move.

Proof of ability to pay is requested along with authorization to run a background check at your expense estimated at $41.99. A guarantor may be needed if you do not have sufficient credit history.

The room is for one person only, no couples please. No pets.
