This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It’s a duplex with a private back yard! I am moving from a place that had an outdoor space.. so I have couches, fire pit, etc!
One block from the J M trains.
Your room: you will have a king sized room, option of it being furnished high end. Your own bathroom, and multiple closets throughout the apartment. There is ample space here which makes it great for someone who likes a roommate but also likes to have their own space!

About your roommate: me! I’m 28 and work in mental health tech. I’m fully remote so I travel a lot or I work from home. I have a fully trained service dog who is 2. Her name is Harper and she is a golden retriever who is the sweetest thing. She will constantly be happy to see you when you get home, but ultimately knows who the boss is ( of her ) lol.
I love reading, keeping my space a HOME, game nights with friends, walks around the city, movie nights, hanging with friends, and doing fun things with my dog. I’m super open to bringing someone along, or totally cool doing our own things! I find clear communication just keeps things light and defined - so I try to take that approach with my roommate relationships as well ( I have great roommate references and end up becoming friends with all of them ).

You will need to submit documents to be approved by landlord. I already have the apartment reserved, so waiting on someone with good credit who wants to go in on this together! ( I come with a household of furniture just fyi! )
