Incredible central Williamsburg location (next to all shops/restaurants/bars etc) but on a relatively quiet road.

Looking for friendly but respectful individual to take over my portion of the lease (11 month remaining) in January 2023 (can be flexible with dates). Room can come furnished/unfurnished (can be negotiated).
