Hi all, I'm subletting my room in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment with a sweet and kind roommate (27 male)
Location is in prime Williamsburg, 2 mins from the Metropolitan/Lorimer L stop. The building is new, has a mail room and a gym. (65 Ainslie St)
My room fits a queen size bed, is furnished, has a closet and a desk. It has a PRIVATE bathroom with a large bathtub. We also have a private terrace that's also furbished with a hammock great for hosting friends and chilling. For winter we have a heater and insulation for our terrace. Our unit has a laundry, dishwasher and a grill.
I am subletting my apartment from 3/1 or 4/1.
